Parallel to the purchase of shares, the option exists to rent out a share and enjoy such rental for one calendar year. Both category A and category B shares can be rented out with their respective entitlements and obligations.

Such rental must, where applicable, be renewed at the start of each year depending on the availability of shares for rental (which depends on the abandonment of the owner).
The duration of the validity of the rental runs from 1 January to 31 December.
